Everything was great. The location was excellent not far from the coffee shops, the beautiful Venetian Port, the animated 25 August avenue, Lion Square, restaurants, and the Archaeological Museum & market.- Big rooms with balcony, felt like home

Delicious and excellent breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. Appropriate room with a comfy bed, pleasant and welcoming staff.

The place was enchanting and quiet and the staff were personable, the location was marvellous in the center of the town. My room included coffee and tea making facilities, and climate control. The breakfast was delicious and sensational, with a great selection of food options. Thank you, I enjoyed my stay

This place is conveniently located in the heart of the city, and I enjoyed my cozy room with coffee/tea making equipment, a hairdryer, and a kettle, and the staff were kind and friendly.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, we enjoyed the venue and its fantastic location close to the main shopping street.

The small hotel is charming, the staff are incredibly nice, the location is wonderful being very close to the pedestrian area, and we enjoyed our comfortable rooms with cozy beds.

A pleasant surprise at Lena Hotel

I arrived at Lena Hotel in Heraklion with some reservations after reading mixed reviews. my experience turned out to be quite positive. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the bustling 25th August street, filled with restaurants and shops. The hotel owner personally greeted me upon arrival, made me feel welcomed. The room I stayed in was spacious and very clean, with quiet air-conditioning that allowed for a comfortable night's sleep. Despite some minor inconveniences, like limited power points and a small bathroom, I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as a mini fridge and a kettle. The hotel's proximity to the port, city center, and various attractions made it a convenient base for exploring Heraklion. I had a pleasant stay at Lena Hotel and would recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly option in the area.

The beds were soft. The breakfast was delicious and sensational with all the local fresh products, including fine slices of fresh bread, cakes, fruit, eggs.

The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and come with a balcony and a comfortable double bed. The staff is friendly and helpful, they even helped with parking.

I particularly appreciated their assistance with driving directions, as the city center can be challenging to navigate. Lena Hotel provided a great experience in terms of cleanliness, location, and helpfulness.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Heraklion.

The hotel had a great location in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the nearby places and directions.

One small downside was that there were cups and a kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee provided. It would have been nice to have these amenities available, especially during the Christmas season when we wanted to relax and enjoy a warm drink in our room.
